Wäschetag...

Das artet ja noch total aus... Montag = Wäschetag und es waren 6 Maschinen. Wo soll das noch hinführen. Also die nächste Wohnung/Haus/Höhle MUSS eine eigene! Waschmaschine und Trockner haben! Diese Schlepperei macht mir arg zu schaffen, vorallem wenn Eliana mithelfen will, dann schleppe ich die 20 kg Wäsche schräg gebückt durch die Gegend.

Picasso... oder "Yes, it is art!"

Here one of Eliana's first artwork! She was only 11 months old but was already able to use with ability the different colours. Our Picasso-Girl!

Ist zwar schon ne Weile her, möchte jedoch trotzdem eines der ersten Kunstwerke von Eliana hier publizieren. Sie war knappe 11 Monate alt, aber bereits begeisterte Künstlerin. Die Zeit vergeht so schnell!

Also unser kleiner Pirat robbt ja schon seit Monaten wie wild durch die Gegend. Er hat mittlerweilen so ein Tempo, dass man sich echt beeilen muss, wenn man noch schnell eine Tür schliessen möchte.
Leider sehen mittlerweilen seine Knie entsprechend aus :-( Muss ihm morgen unbedingt noch Knieschoner kaufen gehen, es ist nämlich echt nicht mehr schön. Hatte diese "Dinger" vor einiger Zeit noch belächelt und natürlich im Regel liegenlassen und jetzt ist es hochbegehrte Ware... (Fotos folgen)

Ruben

Today was a beautiful sunny day. I just put our winter clothes away and hope they will stay there until next November (at least!). Had a great day with the kids playing outside… o.k. they needed a bath after all that dirt, but it was really fun.
Was sitting by the sandbox trying to stop Ruben putting sand and little rocks in his mouth and than I realized how good he is doing now. He has improved over the last couple of months and I am really thankful to God for that. The nights are still hard sometimes but I see how happy he is during the day, then I’m content with the situation.

Hünenberg's new baseball field!

My husband is so happy that finally the baseball field in Hünenberg has been completed. So this week-end we will have the opening ceremony and the field will be inaugurated.

The weather is supposed to be nice and so everybody is happy...

Time for me to learn finaly the particular rules of this game...

As an Italian soccer fanatic this will be a complete new challenge.

Wonder what Ruben will play in a couple of years ;-)
